How to use
This warm mixture gives an adventurous touch to each fruit puree, compote, porridge, ... But it is also delicious with roasted vegetables or purees, and a must try in cookies, cakes, smoothies, or any other yummy baked goods you prepare for your little foodies. Simply add a pinch (or more if you have a real adventurous eater at home) while making/mixing/cooking your preparation. Before serving, add a bit of our special olive oil or adapted vegetable oil to make your dish extra delicious and to give your little one the good fats he needs to grow up.
Important: As spices infuse your recipes with flavour, they take away the need for (very addictive) salt and sugar, that so many people (mis-)use to give flavour. A very good habit to teach your kids from the start. Spices are so easy to love… If, however, they are only used to eat bland food, the first contact with salt and/or sugar might be addictive.
