Curry shares with you his authentic family recipe. We recommend to always have it at home to improvise a quick, healthy and delicious meal. Simply mix with some rice, quinoa, beans, chickpeas, sweet potatoes, chicken, or whatever you find in your fridge. Add some fresh herbs, some grains to make it extra savoury.

Important: Colour, spices and complex, mixed flavours (= our sauces) help develop baby’s taste buds, which will form the development of future food preferences. Variety is the key and that includes spices and lots of flavour! Because babies learn new flavours best when they come in rapid succession. So, if the advice from before was to feed babies with bland first foods, now it is “the more flavourful and colourful, the better”, babies can almost eat everything at 1 year old.

Heat the sauce before serving it, but of course, always make sure it is not too hot before serving it to your little ones.
