Banana breakfast cookies

Very easy

Ingrédients :

  • 2 very ripe bananas
  • 100g of oatmeal
  • 2 tbsp of almond yoghurt
  • 30g of ground almond
  • 1/2 tsp pf "My very 1st spicemix"
  • Ground coconut 

Préparation :

  • Mash the bananas in a bowl.
  • Add the oatmeal, the almond yoghurt, the ground almond and the spicemix.
  • Mix well with a fork.
  • Cook in a frying pan in butter for 2 minutes on each side over medium heat.
  • Serve with fruist and ground coconut.

Very important:

If your little one (-12m) is not yet comfortable with small pieces, do not hesitate to simply crush them with a fork (7M +) or to mix the recipe!

When spices infuse your recipes with their flavors, they remove the need for salt or sugar (very addictive) that many people mistakenly use to add flavor. A very good habit to teach your children from the start. Spices are so easy to love ... However if they are used to eating only bland food, the first contact with salt / sugar can be addictive.
